The ForestChoice.com online store shipping policy was developed for our customer's convenience. For the fulfillment of all orders, the ForestChoice.com online store uses Federal Express. On the day you place an order through our online store, you will receive an email confirming this order. Within two business days of your order, we will email you a Federal Express tracking number. This will enable you to track your order through the Federal Express web site at www.fedex.com
For returns, if you find that your order has been damaged during shipment, or the product is faulty in some way, ForestChoice® asks that you call our toll free customer service number. If we find that the order needs to be returned to us, we will reimburse you for the return shippng costs.
ForestChoice® stands behind our products and will go out of our way to make sure that your order is delivered in a timely manner. In the rare instances where the order is damaged or faulty, we will resend the order or credit the total purchase price. We will review these instances and resolve them in a case by case manner.
